We make cruising sails of all sizes and styles for a wide range of sailing yachts. 

We have developed 'In-house' designs for sails for virtually all production yachts but are very happy to incorporate  features to suit any particular requirement that a boat builder or sailor may have.

The sails are designed using computers and using the most up to date software, data and techniques available in the industry.

The design, once finalised is transferred to a computer controlled plotter which plots the panels directly on to the sail cloth.

Each sail is designed, cut and shaped to give the best performance for your boat for the conditions in which you plan to sail.

Special attention is paid to areas of stress and wear and tear with a view to either eliminating the cause or to spreading the stress into the sail.
 

Sail Cloth

We use top quality woven polyester and nylon sailcloth for the 'white sails' and spinnakers respectively. The cloth is supplied by Dimension Polyant of Germany, one of the largest sailcloth manufacturers in the world.
